TEG is an ARTIST ALLIANCE, profit sharing, South Texas, Rock Label. TEGARTISTS is the brainchild of CEO CHRIS LIECK (www.chrislieck.com).

"I have a very successful Latin Based label in San Anotonio Texas for the last 11 years. We have been blessed with so many talented artists. We were fortunate to win Grammy's, Billboard Awards, BMI Awards, Visionary Awards. With that success I wanted to return to my roots, rock music. TEG was the result of a great deal of time thinking about this decison. In my artist days as a rock performer, I was blessed to make it on MTV, Films, Television, as well as tour, road manage, and at 24 became a "player" in the LA studio scene when I bought the studio where I was recording my debut record. I was singed to one of the biggest major management and booking companies in the history of rock n roll. That experience along with owning a major Hollywood Studio (that still is one of the most successful recording rooms in LA history) allows me to revisit those days through these new exciting bands."

TEG sees a great deal of talent in this roster. They all must contribute to the betterment of themselves both musically and within the structure of the ever changing music busines. Due to our production and artistic background TEG houses a full studio and mastering facility www.melodyranchrecording.com. This gives the label a major edge on the competition as well as a place for developement. Unlike other indie studios with in-house labels, TEG comes from a record label background. We deal with label problems all day so this is not a far stetch for TEG to assist these groups as to the ups and downs of this business.

In the coming months the roster will change somewhat because the basis as a company is to develop in order to "up sell" the artist to a major or very powerful indie label. If not we will continue to profit by selling Cds to their growing fan base all over the world.

"Today we can move product way more effetively than even two years ago. We have a network of fans that under the Alliance will be able to purchase multiple Cds for the price of two. We are also seeking regional corporate sponsorhips to assist in regional touring, promotional give-aways, and other unique marketing ventures that simply are not available to a great deal of indie bands in Texas."
